Your mission
- Functional management of the finance department with approx. 4 employees (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable)
- Responsibility for the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations and IFRS for our two Swiss companies
- Ensure legal and tax compliance according to Group policies
- Developing and optimising existing processes according to best practice
- Responsible for the VAT returns for Switzerland, Germany, and the Netherlands, as well as monitoring the correct VAT processing in the respective countries
- Taking an active role in managing foreign exchange and liquidity
- Responsible for company cars and the management of company expenses
- Taking responsibility for or working on projects
