Your mission
You are responsible for the strategic development and maintenance of our product portfolio for one or more focus technical markets. The focus in on two markets Home Care and I&I and Textile & Leather. You bring with you necessary and relevant technical and/or commercial experience in one or more of those markets to drive our growth efforts.

- You manage several product groups throughout their life cycle. You work out new product and product groups launches and their pricing strategies, sales and margin analyses. You also start and coordinate the phase out of products nearing the end of their life cycle.
- You identify customer needs and challenges, provide first line technical support to customers, and develop together with the R&D department suitable solutions and products. Further, you contribute to devising unique selling propositions, key features and benefits, and develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, newsletters, and social media posts. You lead your own and customers’ projects with multidisciplinary teams, and execute margin and sales analyses.
- You also identify market trends, have a close eye on our competitor landscape, and implement the necessary measures. You coordinate actions to fulfill regulatory requirements. You actively participate in maintaining and revising the product portfolio allocation to our production plants, with interdisciplinary focus on low carbon solutions, supply chain, packed good policy and warehousing, shelf-life, and make-or-buy decisions and financial KPI.
- You also collect and prepare the needed information to open new products in SAP and contribute to keep and improve the quality of the product master data.
- You present at internal or external events and also travel together with sales managers to customers.
